Mr. James O'Neill, Director, CEO and Treasurer
Mr. O’Neill is a retired Managing Director of Bank Austria Cayman Islands Ltd. whose operations on the island Mr. O’Neill founded. Jim has an MBA from Pace University and brings his considerable management and finance experience to CCMI’s operations.

Dr. Carrie Manfrino, Director of Research and President
Dr. Manfrino established CCMI in 1998. She has a Ph.D in Marine Geology and Geophysics from the University of Miami. She is an Associate Professor of Oceanography at Kean University & Visiting Professor at Rutgers University. In 1999, Carrie was the lead scientific investigator on the largest regional expedition of the coral reefs of the Cayman Islands and Turks & Caicos.

Mr. Peter Hillenbrand, Director, Chairman
Mr. Hillenbrand is a Director of the Neptune Company Ltd. in the Cayman Islands. Peter holds degrees in Biology and Political Science, and is a certified Divemaster.

Mr. David Walker, Company Secretary
Mr. Walker is Managing Director of Caledonian Bank in the Cayman Islands. David also holds a Masters degree in Marine Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University.

Mr. Chris Humphries, Assistant Company Secretary
Mr. Humphries is a Director and Department Head at the law firm of Stuarts Walker Hersant in the Cayman Islands. In addition to his legal background, Chris is also an experienced marine biologist.
“Coral reefs, the rainforests of the sea, are an essential part of our global ecosystem. As a past marine scientist, I personally gain enormous pleasure from them and dive every weekend. I simply believe our reefs must be preserved for future generations to enjoy them as well.”
